When I heard, months ago, that Jeremy Renner was going to be in the new Spawn movie, I thought he might be playing as Jim Downing. But while looking at the Spawn #292 comic description on the Image Comics page, it says that he'll be playing as Twitch. O.O Well, that's finally an answer, I suppose...

Typed in G4TV.com a month ago, and dependably it was still there after all of there years, but try it now, & it sends you directly to SYFY.com. So does SYFY own G4 now??? I didn't see any G4 clips on the site when I typed G4 into their search engine, but I'll be looking. Maybe they won't put up the old clips, maybe they'll make new G4 content going into 2019. I hope so.

It's weird how throwing a knife at someone in Streets of Rage 2 only does the same damage of a jab, or a little bit more. In Super Double Dragon, if a bad guy gets hit by a thrown knife, they lose their whole life. Same with you if you get hit with it. Maybe, in Streets of Rage 2, they didn't want it to be exploited, since there's a sub-boss that can throw, & drop potentially unlimited knives. Maybe that would make those sections with him in it highly exploitable. Meh, I guess I can respect that. Still, it kinda bugs me how hitting someone with a lead pipe does more damage than actually stabbing someone.

Dang, that was a little necklace. Was there really enough antidote to go around? Did Jennifer really give Cutter some, too? I'd like to say that not giving Cutter the antidote goes against Jennifer's character, but at this point I'm not too sure. Oh, yeah, & we all know Black Lightning doesn't like to give apologies. The first time he tries to give one, Gambi doesn't let him. What a tease. I'd like to hear him give an apology for once. XD &, oh, I was wondering where I saw that actor who plays Todd from. He looked so familiar. I checked IMDB, & he's RJ Cyler; Billy from Morphin Power Rangers movie. I haven't seen that movie yet, just clips & trailers online. But, yeah, I was really racking my brain to remember where I saw him from.

I never noticed this until I saw someone selling the Masters of the Universe Eternia Playset online a day ago, but the entrance to
The Cave of Wonders from Disney's Aladdin bears a resemblance to the front of The Eternia Playset. I wonder if Disney did that intentionally... Maybe the aesthetic was simply buried in the artist's head all of these years, as I believe is the case with this
Gary Coleman/Bishop meme. & yeah, that's a real magazine cover. I think that 1, 2, or all 3; Jim Lee, Whilce Portacio, John Byrne (whoever designed Bishop's costume) had the aesthetic in mind after seeing the cover for the magazine, & the style was already in-mind, ready to come out decades later.

It’s good to see a show taking this super-powered racism to places I haven’t previously seen in shows of this type. So manydifferent character perspectives. Every season, Supergirl gets better. That Elseworlds part at the end with the John Wesley Shipp Flash was cool. Did they actually payDanny Elfman to use that 90’s Flash music at the end? Did a check show up in his mailbox from The CW???

I had a dream that Saturday morning cartoons was a thing again, & the preview special showed a Friday the 13th cartoon with 3 main heroes standing back-to-back. I think 1 had a sword & another had a crossbow, That;s all I can remember about that. Then there was an Ironman & Warmachine cartoon where they have a chibi body-type, & they are shooting energy blasts at henchmen in skeleton suits with webs hanging from them. There was a Spider-Man & Venom cartoon where they are partners fighting crime every episode. Static Shock was rebooted. There was something else that was live-action, with an Are You Afraid of the Dark?/Land of the Lost vibe to it. Something about a an evil wizard??? o.O Anyways, cool dream; cool line-up.

Ha! That's NOT the vintage Voltron from the '80's. You can tell because the legs on the lions are different; they actually fold up at the leg joints; it's too articulate. Also, their backs don't have a cockpit to put the Voltron Force members inside, either. Guess it woulda looked kinda goofy trying to animate it with such a non-articulate toy. It CERTAINLY worked with He-Man & Skeletor, though! Hmm... maybe it was harder to find a vintage '80's Voltron. Nonetheless, nice try, Honda, but we gotcha! That ad is targeting 80's babies with a toy made in the millennial era! XD I know the target audience isn't of the millennial variety, what with their He-Man, 6 Million Dollar Man, & Jem/G.I. Joe (with Kung-Fu grip) ads... Oh, yeah, & Voltron doesn't talk either!

Ouch! I'm gonna have to dock Black Panther's Quest a few spaces on my Top Shows of the Week for the week of 11/18/2018. I may even have to take it down to #5 -- or even off the list altogether! First scene of the episode, Cap shows up, & is immediately attacked by White Wolf, & Black Panther is all like, "Oh, nah, that's just Cap. Don't kill him." Then in the very next scene, Cap is shown the final member of Black Panther's team: Baron Zemo, & of course Cap immediately attacks him, & Black Panther is all like, "Oh, nah, Zemo is on our side. Don't beat him within an inch of his life." & I'm over here like, "Dude, a little briefing ahead of time might help these allies of yours not be about to kill each other. Uh, pro tip, next time, try to keep them in all the loop so that they aren't at each other's throats. Sheesh... >.>" The writers really dropped the ball this time. After 9 episodes of Black Panther showing off his high intelligence, he didn't foresee any of these skirmishes taking place between his allies??? Come on, man.... >.>

Whoa! What the heck is going on in South Freeland!?!?!? That was creepy. What were those blurs that were whizzing past the car all fast??? :O This season is already very interesting, as it is, with the elements it already had. Now they go & do this??? I have a feeling that things are going to get a bit more X-Files-y really soon. :O :O :O

Ooooh, I was wondering why the Black Panther was kicking those guys out of the airborne plane! I Was like, "Wait... is he actually killing those rent-a-thugs??? They can't swim with their arms & legs constricted like that, so how the heck are they going to explain this??? o . O" Boy, that had me worried for a sec., until they showed the end of the fight... That was kinda cool. Way to troll your audience.
